Suffering with colitis, I was constipated from my late childhood onward, and it was only after I started paying attention to what I was eating that I found my solution.

There are a number of foods that directly lead to constipation, and in this article I tell you what they are and how to avoid them.

Yes, we all know high fructose corn syrup is isn’t a good thing, but does that mean the natural fructose found in whole ripe fruit should be avoided too?

If you listen to a lot of nutritional advisers you’ll get the impression natural fructose is the spawn of some minor demon, but that’s not a scientifically well-supported idea.

In fact, the fast majority of science shows we should be eating lots of natural fructose in the form of fruits and vegetables.
