    Excellant advice. I agree and I also do all those basic exercises like squats, pull-ups and push-ups. That’s why I like Tony Horton and his Beachbody DVD.s I like P90x and Power 90 and both programs do all the basics, lots of pull-ups and pushups, lots of squats and lunges. Yoga to warm-up, Kenpo kickboxing, and plyo jump training. I am fitter now at 47 than I was at 27. I just biked 3 hours last week and rode at least 25 miles, fueled on fruit and I was super hungry when it was over. Mangoes never tasted so good. I start each day with a huge smoothie and don’t get hungry until later in the afternoon. I do get a few twinges in my ankles and knees but its probably related to my shoes like you said. My arches aren’t as strong as they used to be and living in Florida and wearing flip flops didn’t help my feet. I have no doubt that eating a fruitarian lifestyle has given me my youth back. I’d be feeling old these days if I hadn’t changed my diet. Glad to have found raw food groups online. Glad to have your book too.
