I often rely on science to justify my positions on food at Raw-Food-Health.net, but at the end of the day, we really don’t need science.

Here’s the scoop: the bodies of healthy people react violently to unhealthy foods. What does that mean? It means the body is trying really hard to expel what you put in it, and does so with a number of techniques that we recognize as the symptoms of sickness.
