The Foods That Cause Constipation

Thursday, August 25th, 2011

Constipated? Feel like you never completely get everything out, or that it takes too long?

Suffering with colitis, I was constipated from my late childhood onward, and it was only after I started paying attention to what I was eating that I found my solution.

Where’s Andrew Been? And A New Article On Why You Should Steer Clear of Grains

Monday, June 20th, 2011

There hasn’t been much but the occasional question being answered on Raw-Food-Health.net recently, and the reason is because a perfect storm of hardware crashes, an incompetent tech, and a failed back up device destroyed most of the records and files I use to manage the site, as well as 30 pages of my nearly-completed book, “Raw Food Weight Loss And Vitality.”

It’s taken me the better part of a month to fully recover, but I’ve been been working like a dog and been able to rewrite most of the lost portions of my book.

It’s going to be amazing, and I’m really pumped to get it into your hands.

Needless to say, in the midst of all that the number of articles I’ve been able to produce has been pretty much zero. Tonight I decided to end my streak and produced a much-foreshortened article based around the extensive research I’ve been doing on grains for my book.

Ever wonder why grains are so problematic for so many people? Find out here.
