Andrew Interviewed on Improving IC with Healthy Living
Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010Last night I was interviewed on Improving IC with Healthy Living, an Internet radio show concentrating on interstitial cystitis, a condition of regular bladder pain.
The host, Gloria, asked me to speak about my experiences adopting a raw food diet and how the change affected my weight, colitis, and general health. I also go over some of the concerns new raw foodists have, as well as some off-beat topics like alkalized water.
