One Response to “Complete Table Of Contents For Raw Food Weight Loss And Vitality”

  1. Desiree says:

    Hi Andrew,

I’m in my late fifties, and I am only 5ft tall, don’t ask me to convert, and I am between 27 to 30kg overweight, have high blood pressure- and I do realise I have to do something. I need to become totally a raw foodist because at the moment feel only half alive. When I am closer to 30kg, I get a feeling that I have a weight on my head- not pleasant. My husband is a meat and potatoes type, which does not help.

I have not found a close by farmer who does organic, as buying organic through a third person is hugly expensive, and they are not prepared to give you their sources. But I am going to go to the ordinary market until I can get what I really need.
