How Small Amounts Of Cooked Food Can Derail A Raw Diet With Brian Rossiter

In episode five of the Raw Food Health Podcast I talk to Brian Rossiter about how small amounts of cooked food kept him from feeling well on a predominantly-raw diet, and the difference going 100 percent has made.

Brian is a former coaching client of mine who has recently published an ebook giving his tips for success.

I also talk about a “cheat,” meditation, the need to eat greens and fruit at the right maturity level, and an interesting workout I recently had.

Hi Andrew, I live outside Austin, T.X. I am a raw foodist and there is a good growing number of us here. make sure to stop by RitaMarie’s potlucks, usually 40 or more of us there, the city of San Marcos has a nice potluck, and make sure to stop by Beet’s, a wonderful raw foods restaurant in Austin. if you can survive the summer here, the rest is heaven! good wicking bed gardening, great fall/winter gardening, great night life, music. it’s a meca in central texas!! but don’t tell anyone. :)

Thanks so much, Andrew. Very informative. I am again now 2 months into totally raw and hope to be here permanently. The cooked food is my addiction at this point in my life. Overcame smoking and alcohol 30 years ago, but the cooked food, like Brian, is my downfall. Love Mexican food. Still use Salsa Mexicana on my salads and it seems to help cover that old desire for cooked!! Also, I have been practicing Surat Shabd Yoga, a path of meditation, for over 28 years now. What a blessing :)

Keep up the good work and thanks again.
