  1. I’ve been eating 80/10/10 raw vegan (whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, low-fat fruits and greens) with no overt fats since the beginning of 2011. However, I eat before I’m truly hungry, and my body has too much food in it, producing mucus and a few pimples. I’ll try stopping and thinking about what is going on in my body and my mind when I want to eat. I’ll question myself. That’s a good idea.

Tuesday is May 1, 2012, not May 3. April 3 is a Tuesday, so you may have looked at April’s calendar instead of May’s calendar.

Wonderful! Just what I needed for my next presentation in Serbia. Thanks!

I wonder if emotional eating really exists. Or if it is not just the wise voice of the body depleted from some vital nutrients. The danger of the raw diet is to eat insufficient amounts of food. For those who are not accustomed to eat a lot, it may be a real and dangerous way, especially if their mind is strong enough to overcome the safe cravings. Fortunately, those heros are few ones (or dead !) and the body the winner, almost every time, the power of life so strong. Thks for your blog and articles.

I am finding it really hard to go totally Raw as my husband is a Meat Eater, and he would rather go without the vegetables than the meat, same with the fruit.

Dont get me wrong, he likes everything but if there is a slight shortage that is the way he goes.

Another thing. I have knees that come out of joint due to doing some exercising with my husband when I was just newly married, which is some time ago now. I find it hard going running because of this.

Question: What can I do to strengthen my knee joints to be able to enjoy the pleasure of running???
