Think Light Drinking Won’t Harm You? Think Again.

“I’m just a social drinker,” my coaching clients often tell me. “Just one drink a day or so. Sometimes just three or four a week.”

The frequency doesn’t surprise me, but what always does is that they’re adamant that this small amount could never harm them, and many insist it’s healthy.

The truth is that light and moderate drinkers not only have never been shown to benefit from their habit, but are increasing their risk of developing cancer significantly.
