After 26 days of fasting and about 13 days of recovery, I’m back in Austin, Texas and ready to talk about the result of my fasting experience.
Did I, as widely predicted, ruin my health and lose muscle mass? Or did I overcome my longstanding digestive issues and make other improvements?
